Shipping & Returns
How long does delivery take?
UAE: 2–3 business days. Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, in the GCC, we ship to the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Other GCC countries will be added soon.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Do I need a Zigbee hub for this to work?
Yes — all Zigbee products require a NORWIE Zigbee Gateway for setup and control.
Does this switch need a neutral wire?
Yes, all NORWIE smart switches require a neutral wire. Most modern homes have one. Please check your wiring or consult your electrician.
Are the products compatible with Alexa or Google Home?
Yes, all NORWIE products are compatible once connected through the NORWIE app.
What smart home app do I need?
All NORWIE devices are controlled through the official NORWIE app, available for iOS and Android.
Can I control the products when I’m not at home?
Yes! The NORWIE app allows full remote control from anywhere in the world.
Can I use NORWIE products if I live in a rented apartment?
Yes, most products are easy to uninstall and renter-friendly. Just ensure you have a neutral wire.
Do I need internet for it to work?
Yes, a stable internet connection is required for remote control and voice assistant integration.
Can I set timers or schedules?
Yes — you can create automations and scenes directly within the NORWIE app.
Are NORWIE switches compatible with dimmable lights?
Currently, our switches support standard on/off functions. Dimmable switches will be available in future models.
What’s the difference between Touch and Push Button switches?
Touch switches have a sleek, glass-only surface that responds like a smartphone. Push Button switches offer a tactile press feel and are available in glass or plastic finishes. Both provide smart control.
Can I install it myself?
We highly recommend professional installation by a professional electrician for all wall-mounted devices.
Do all your products use Zigbee?
Most NORWIE products are Zigbee-based for fast and stable automation. However, some devices use Wi-Fi. Regardless of the protocol, all NORWIE devices work seamlessly within the NORWIE app. Please check the specifications on each product page for details.
What kind of gateway do I need?
A NORWIE Zigbee Gateway is required to connect all Zigbee-enabled NORWIE devices to the app
